Welcome to my brand spanking new website. As you can tell by the name, everything here is about ME. I’m kidding. Kind of.

It’s been years and years since I had a blog, and I thought it was about time I got back into the game. But properly this time. I want this site to be a place where I can showcase my true passions and write about all things beauty and lifestyle, with the occasional bit of Shannon-esque babble thrown in there. I also want this to be a place where I can showcase my recently published work, so be sure to check out the ‘portfolio’ tab if you’re interested in that sort of thing.

If you’re not up to date with who I am, I’m Shannon. I’m a beauty and lifestyle writer currently residing in London. Growing up I was totally obsessed with all things fashion and beauty and pretty much dedicated my whole life to being able to make a living from doing something I love. When I graduated university, I landed a job in fashion. From there, I moved onto the digital and editorial side of things and finally found a way to satisfy my writing bug. Since then, I’ve gone on to work with some of the biggest names in beauty.

This site has been a long time in the making and has seen some serious blood, sweat and tears, so I truly hope that you like it. If there is one thing that I ask of you, it is that if you like something then please, please, please comment, share and like. Equally, if you don’t like something, comment and let me know! My main goal for this site is to encourage people to engage more – to stop the mindless scrolling, stop all of that double-tapping and just have a chat!
